LED照明燈具的驅(qū)動(dòng)電源對(duì)變壓器、電感器參數(shù)的要求十分高，為求精準(zhǔn)需花費(fèi)大量的人力和財(cái)力才能實(shí)現(xiàn)，工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)成本很難進(jìn)一步下降。對(duì)LED驅(qū)動(dòng)恒流源芯片設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新和突破，新的解決方案可以在LED燈具驅(qū)動(dòng)電源實(shí)際應(yīng)用時(shí)，輸出電流對(duì)變壓器和電感的電感量和LED的VF等參數(shù)不太敏感。創(chuàng)新技術(shù)的關(guān)鍵是優(yōu)化芯片算法語言。芯片控制輸出電流峰值，并通過輔助繞組反饋，使得退磁時(shí)間和芯片開關(guān)周期的比例固定，這樣就可以使得輸出電流與外圍的電感量偏差和輸出電壓的偏差無關(guān)，而LED的VF值的偏差和電感偏差正是批量生產(chǎn)面臨的最大的問題。來說，批量生產(chǎn)的變壓器電感量和LED的VF都會(huì)有5~10%左右的偏差。而LED照明恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)電源，批量精度可達(dá)3%以內(nèi)，可以容許變壓器和電感參數(shù)有較大的允差，這就降低了規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的成本并促進(jìn)流水線的持續(xù)快速生產(chǎn)
